Dreaming of a buttery croissant or flaky pastry in Paris, but sensitive to gluten? Don’t worry — you don’t have to miss out! I wandered the streets of Paris to find the very best gluten-free spots for my celiac people visiting the city. From golden croissants to indulgent cakes, here are my top 5 spots where you can savor the best of Paris, completely gluten-free.
1. Maison Plume
📍61 Rue Charlot, 75003 Paris.
This one is a pastry shop, their pastries are certified 100% gluten free, vegan and with no added sugar. The shop is also a café and tea house. It’s the perfect place to catch a break and enjoy a pastry with some tea or coffee.
My sweet pick : Their “Plume Royal framboise” which is a chocolate and raspberry cake is my absolute favorite!

2. Copains
📍All over Paris
This bakery has a sweet story behind it. “Copains” means “friends,” as it was founded by two close friends who wanted to create tasty AND healthy pastries. Their stores are wildly successful and have expanded beyond Paris, to other regions of France.
But just because it’s a chain, doesn’t mean it’s industrial — everything is fresh and homemade.
You can find a Copains store all over Paris — so no matter where you’re staying, there is one nearby.
My sweet picks : If you’re a foodie like me, you’ll definitely want to try their pecan tart!

Here’s the list of all their Parisian locations:

My sweet picks : Their vanilla éclair is excellent!
